For the pink-lover in your life, we can’t think of a better gift than Hippeastrum 'Estella'. Blooming during the darkest days of winter and spring, this tender bulb brings a big dose of vibrant colour into the home when it is needed the most. Amaryllis 'Estella' is fantastically easy to grow and keep going from year to year. Simply water freely and treat to a fortnightly feed until the foliage withers (usually late summer), then cut back and move somewhere cool such as a garage or shed. Leave it here in dry dormancy until mid to late autumn, then bring back inside and resume watering and feeding to trigger a return to growth. And repeat!
