At Farmer Gracy UK, we take pride in the quality of our bulbs and plants; if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our high standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged items to initiate your return request.

  Package Your Order

  Ensure the plants or bulbs are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent further damage during transit back to our nursery.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
